Get help with worklead and learn how to use our features

Getting Started

  1. Click on the workspace dropdown in the top-left corner
  2. Select "Create New Workspace"
  3. Enter your workspace name and details
  4. Click "Create" to set up your new workspace

  1. Navigate to Tenant Settings (click your name → Tenant Settings)
  2. Go to the "Members" or "Team" section
  3. Click "Invite Member"
  4. Enter their email address and select their role
  5. Click "Send Invitation"

Chat & Messaging

AI agents in worklead are powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. They can:

  • Respond when you @mention them (e.g., "@Support help me with...")
  • Proactively join conversations when they detect relevant topics
  • Help with tasks, answer questions, and provide assistance
  • Access conversation context to provide informed responses

Tip: You can also chat directly with agents via the Conversations sidebar.

Channels:

  • Group conversations for teams or topics
  • Can be associated with departments
  • Multiple people can participate
  • AI agents can listen and respond

Direct Messages (DMs):

  • One-on-one conversations
  • Private between you and another user or agent
  • Great for private discussions or focused agent assistance

Yes! worklead automatically formats:

  • Bullet points: Start lines with -, *, or •
  • Numbered lists: Start lines with 1., 2., etc.
  • Paragraphs: Separated by blank lines
  • @mentions: Use @username to mention someone

Tasks & Projects

You can create tasks in multiple ways:

  1. From chat: Look for the Tasks sidebar on the right while in any chat
  2. From Projects: Navigate to Projects → Select a project → Add task
  3. Quick add: Use the "+" button in the Tasks section

  1. Open the task details
  2. Click on the "Assignee" field
  3. Select a team member from the dropdown
  4. Save the task

CRM & Contacts

  1. Navigate to CRM from the sidebar
  2. Choose Companies or Contacts
  3. Click "Add Company" or "Add Contact"
  4. Fill in the details
  5. Click "Save"

Deals represent sales opportunities in your pipeline:

  • Create a deal and associate it with a company or contact
  • Move deals through pipeline stages (Lead → Qualified → Proposal → Won/Lost)
  • Track deal value and expected close dates
  • View all deals on a kanban board for easy management

Support Tickets

  1. Navigate to Support from the sidebar
  2. Click "New Ticket"
  3. Fill in the ticket details (subject, description, priority)
  4. Select the associated company if applicable
  5. Click "Create Ticket"
