worklead is a multi-tenant collaboration platform that provides:

  • Real-time messaging and chat functionality
  • AI-powered agents for task assistance
  • Project management and task tracking
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
  • Support ticket management
  • Team collaboration features

3. User Accounts

To use worklead, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on worklead. By using the Service, you grant us:

  • A license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
  • Permission to use AI agents to analyze and respond to your messages
  • The right to backup and secure your data

You are responsible for the content you create and ensure you have the right to share it.

6. AI Agents and Automated Responses

worklead uses AI-powered agents (via Anthropic's Claude) to provide assistance. You acknowledge:

  • AI responses are automated and may contain errors
  • You should verify critical information independently
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI agent advice
  • Messages to AI agents are processed by third-party AI providers

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of worklead is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Workspace and Multi-Tenancy

When you create or join a workspace:

  • Workspace owners have administrative control over workspace data
  • Data is isolated between different workspaces
  • Workspace owners can add or remove members
  • You may be a member of multiple workspaces

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements
  • That defects will be corrected immediately

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Fees and Payment

Currently, worklead is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to:

  • Introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future
  • Provide advance notice before charging for services
  • Offer different pricing tiers based on usage or features

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abuse the Service or other users

You may terminate your account at any time through Account Settings.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless worklead from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including design, code, and trademarks, remain the property of worklead. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where worklead operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
